"},{"header":"2018 recap"},{"text":"Articles Published on dcdeckbuilding.com: 50 Players ranked in DCDB Competitive Play and Trivia: 182 Premier Events Held: 6 (Events held in Oklahoma, Tennessee &amp; Texas) Premier Event Average Player Count: 14 Match Results Recorded: 489 VP Accumulated in Recorded Games: 52,765 Trivia Questions Answered: 12,927 Those are some great stats for the year, and give us some nice goals to beat as we move into 2019!"},{"header":"changes to dcdb public records"},{"text":"A player's rating will no longer be displayed unless they are among the top 10 ranked players for that category.&nbsp; Any player not falling within the top ranked players will still have a rating, the only difference is that their rating will only be visible to them via their unique personal page. You will be able to view your rating and individual games via your unique ID number.&nbsp; This allows players who are concerned with their score to work on increasing it, while also letting those at the top feel the pressure of those beneath them catching up to them as players enter and exit the top rankings. Although this award doesn't carry a specific set of criteria, nor does it have a set of checkboxes you can tick off to ensure you will receive the award, we feel that the players receiving this award are fitting of it for any number of reasons, and their names are some of the most well known in the DCDB community!&nbsp; Without further ado, your 2018 enthusiasts, and their reasons for receiving the award are (in alphabetical order):"},{"list":[{"listType":"bullet"},{"caption":"Huffster - This player went to great lengths to setup the Tennessee Championship. Setting up an event is a logistics nightmare to say the least, and after months of preparation this event went off without a hitch and was one of our best events of the year."},{"caption":"Oshi - This player is always willing to take time and teach anyone the interface on TableTop Simulator. To save the cookie on your device, change the X in this link to your unique user ID: http:\/\/www.dcdeckbuilding.com\/setuser.php?playernumber=X Once the cookie is set, it will automatically pull up your user page.&nbsp; If you receive an error following the above link, it most likely means that you have cookies disabled on your device. Once the cookie is set, you no longer need to use that link unless you want to save the cookie on another device.&nbsp; i.e. you'll need to set the cookie on your computer, and then again on your phone, etc. With the cookie set, you can now access the following page, which contains some new links to help you navigate around: http:\/\/www.dcdeckbuilding.com\/playerInfo\/ Your personal page displays your trivia stats, as well as hyperlinks for each game you've played so you can see who you played against, what MCs each player used, etc. We also implemented a minor change to trivia; you will now need to click a link to get the next group of questions, rather than refresh the page.&nbsp; This should help prevent the page being inadvertently refreshed for any number of reasons."},{"header":"2019 - the year ahead"},{"text":"We look forward to another great year of DCDB with all of you, and we hope to get out and meet more of you at events or in the Discord\/Facebook group.
